This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Quiltfolk collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a \u201cUser\u201d) of the quiltfolk.com website (\u201cSite\u201d). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Quiltfolk.<\/p>

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, place an order, subscribe to the newsletter, respond to a survey, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information. Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Your credit card transaction is processed through a secure Payment Service Provider and your card data is not retained.<\/p>

Exchanges and Refunds<\/h4>

We are unable to exchange and refund delivered print items, such as magazines and newspapers. However, if you never received your print items or received the wrong item please contact our customer service at hello@quiltfolk.com and we will resolve the issue. Should a product be subject to further conditions relating to its eligibility for a refund or exchange it will be advertised accordingly. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. This does not affect your statutory rights.<\/p>

Prices and Currency<\/h4>

Prices are expressed in USD, specified on the receipt of purchase and must be paid in the Sell Currency. When the purchase is paid with a foreign currency, the exchange rate is determined by the customer\u2019s bank. Sales taxes such as GST or VAT may be charged in accordance with the laws of the customer\u2019s location, and where applicable will be converted at a rate determined by the customer\u2019s bank.<\/p>

Eligibility<\/h4>

The shop is intended for Users who are sixteen (16) years of age or older, and any purchases made on the Site\u2019s shop by a person fifteen (15) years of age or younger should be made under the supervision of a legal parent or guardian who is fully able and competent to comprehend and adhere to the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in this Agreement and on the shop, and to abide by and comply with this Agreement.<\/p>
